? Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers.
? Excellent conversation skills in any of the these 4 languages (English, Hindi, Konkani and Marathi) Candidates who know more than one language would be preferred
? Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries or complaints.
? Provide customers with accurate product or service-related information
? Enter customer data and update records in system
? Make outgoing calls to online leads generated through various sources.
? Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
? Manage and resolve customer complaints
? Identify and escalate priority issues
? Ensure that all calls are handled professionally
? Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
? Maintain a positive attitude at all times
? Work as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
? Meet team/personal targets
? Minimum Qualification: 10th, 12th, Any Diploma/Degree, Any stream graduates would be preferred
? Work timings from 10am-7pm, 6 days’ work week. Sunday off (Rotation Basis)
