Overview
As an HR assistant/recruiter for Zion HR Consultancy, you would be responsible for assisting the consultants to hire the right candidates for the job.
Your Responsibilities:
- Calling up candidates and collecting information
- Screening CV’s and profiles
- Assist in documentation and feedback on candidates
- Manage emails and updates
- Work with the other recruiters/consultants
- Promote job openings and positions
Job Requirements:
- Education qualification: 12th- higher secondary or Bachelor degree preferred
- Experience: Freshers – 1+ years of experience
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – English
- Reporting skills
- Administrative Writing Skills
- Research Skills
- Classifying Employees
- Organization and Confidentiality
- Time Management and Analyzing Information
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:30- 6:30pm, Sat- 9:30 – 1pm.
Location : Home office at Socorro, Porvorim.
Work from home post training period for 2-3 days a week.
