The hiring co. is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their growing company, collaborative team, supporting U.S.-based sales and marketing efforts from Goa. In this role, you’ll manage and clean contact data in HubSpot, research prospective law firm clients, and identify key decision-makers, making you a crucial part of our lead generation process. You’ll also support the sales team on LinkedIn, connecting with potential clients, sending outreach messages, and driving engagement through strategic posts. Working closely with senior management and Sales VPs, you’ll gain hands-on experience with essential tools, marketing, and sales strategies while positioning yourself for future growth within our fast-growing company. Duties/Responsibilities:
Researching US law firms and identify potential clients.
Build and clean contact lists in HubSpot.
Identifying decision-makers in law firms for outreach.
Managing LinkedIn accounts for Sales VPs
Connect with decision-makers
Send initial outreach messages
Engage with prospects
Post content to increase engagement
Assist with setting up and managing drip campaigns in HubSpot.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree and or equivalent certificate preferred
1 – 2 years’ experience in marketing.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English required.
Organized and detail-oriented, especially in CRM management.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Comfortable using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach.
Strong research skills for identifying accurate contact info.
Team player with a collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with a tight-knit team.
Working hours – US hours 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM- Monday – Friday
Salary – Rs. 2,50,000 – 3,60,000 p.a.
