Working closely with the social media manager and marketing team, you’ll create engaging content aligned with our brand. You’ll manage social media accounts, monitor trends, engage with the community, and analyze metrics for success.

What are the responsibilities of a Social Media Associate?
Content Creation: Develop creative social media content (text, images, videos, graphics) to promote our brand.
Social Media Management: Maintain and manage our social media profiles across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice.
Community Engagement: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Social Listening: Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify improvement opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze data for insights, and prepare reports for the team.
Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Influence Outreach: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers to expand brand reach.
Social Media Advertising: Support the implementation and management of paid social media advertising campaigns.
Brand Reputation Management: Monitor online mentions, respond to negative feedback, and address customer concerns.
