• Keen interest in programming as a career and not just as a stepping stone to management. Must have

• A love of learning technical skills and continually being challenged to find elegant solutions to
complex problems.
• Basic knowledge of computer programming, data structures and object oriented programming
concepts.
• Experience working on PHP and frameworks like Laravel is a plus
• A curious mind and driven personality.
• Bachelor’s(or equivalent) Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or related discipline
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
• Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
• Supporting the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application
requirements.
• Assisting in implementing analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes &
technology.
• Participating in execution and documentation of tests.
• Executing conversion plans and documenting possible improvements; identifying disruptions in the
processes.
• Develop and implement new software programs
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
