POSITION: LEAD VALIDATION SPECIALIST
DEPARTMENT: LEAD VALIDATION
JOB TIMING: 6:30 PM – 11.30 PM IST

POSITION FUNCTION:
Webware.io offers an online SaaS platform for Do-It-Yourself website and ecommerce development, as well as website development and marketing services. We receive queries from DIY customers as well as full-service customers, ranging from simple questions on using our platform, to requests for changes and additions to their Webware websites. Our customers are small-to-medium sized business owners based primarily in Canada and the United States, and queries will come via email, chat, or phone.
The Customer Services Rep will be the first responder to all Webware customer queries and requests. You will reply by email or online chat to queries, helping to explain to Webware users how to use our platform, answering billing-related questions, and assigning questions to other Webware employees as relevant. You will need to become an expert on using our platform (you’ll have the opportunity to learn on the job) and you must have excellent written English communication skills.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Qualifying the leads generated by the leads generation team
· Making calls through internet and qualifying the leads as per the dispositions in our CRM
· Updating the lead qualification in the excel sheet to be updated into our system
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Basic excel skills
· Good communication skills
· Internet friendly with knowledge of Google mail and other required Google tools like Google dox
REPORTING TO: Customer Support Manager
EXPERIENCE:
· 1-2 years’ work experience having a basic understanding web browsers, MS Office and internet technology
· Preferably work experience in a software or technology company.
