Overview
POSITION FUNCTION:
This position is an essential support role in the Webware.io organization. Every department in Webware now uses Podio, a CRM system, for all operations and communication, and this role will involve developing and maintaining Podio for the organizations critical day-to-day operation. This includes working with the Sr. Business Process Manager in developing code-based rules, troubleshooting and architecting the system, generating reports by pulling data from Podio and also researching and maintaining other software systems used internally within Webware. In addition, you will be responsible to support the North America sales team during their working hours in case of technical glitches in any of our systems.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configurations on CRM software systems like Podio, Intercom.io, etc.
- Configurations based on third-party program web hooks / APIs
- Writing groovy code for various validations and event triggers
- Creating automation flows for Podio based on third party configurators
- Setup or troubleshoot currently configured CRM automations
- Developing custom web-based reporting charts
- Troubleshooting assistance to North America sales team on sales CRM and Webware.io product website
- Building PHP code from the ground level, as well as ability to modify and build on existing code
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Configuration: CRM (Podio / Salesforce / Basecamp)
- Preferably coding skills: HTML, CSS / PHP / JavaScript / jQuery, debugging
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and fast track work tasks
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years experience in working on a CRM platform and/or a basic knowledge and understanding of PHP, HTML & CSS.
