Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive – Inside Sales focused on lead generation, outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through:
- Outbound calling
- Competitor portals
- Social media platforms
- Identify new lead sources and consistently improve lead quality and volume.
Outbound Calling & Follow-ups
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective students/leads.
- Conduct need-based conversations and explain offerings clearly.
- Ensure timely follow-ups until conversion or closure.
Student Outreach & Engagement
- Reach out to students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Address student queries promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a professional and persuasive communication tone at all times.
Query Management
- Respond to inbound queries received through:
- CallsEnsure zero query leakage and proper tracking of every interaction.
Competitor Portal Lead Mining
- Actively generate leads from competitor portals and platforms.
- Track competitor offerings, pricing, and messaging to improve conversion strategy.
Social Media Lead Strategy
- Assist in creating and executing strategies to generate leads from social media.
- Engage with interested prospects through comments, DMs, and shared content.
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on results.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling.
- Basic understanding of lead funnels and conversions.
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations logically.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email communication, and social media platforms.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
