Overview
Who do we think will be a good fit:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who is confident,outgoing and loves interacting with different people
- Someone who is able to build a good rapport and trust with others
- Work experience: 1-2 years in the same or related field
- Freshers with Bachelors or Masters degree can also apply
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring manager to write job ads for current openings
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
- Screening of resumes & applications on daily basis (from our recruitment software & job portals)
- Initial screen calls and coordinating with shortlisted candidates throughout the hiring process
- Following-up and scheduling interviews with the shortlisted candidates
- Leave & attendance management
- On-boarding of new employees
- Working along with the finance team to process payroll, reimbursements
- Organizing “fun at work” initiatives for employees (organizing team outings, parties, celebrations)
- Management of office equipment
