The Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Brand Identity Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining our brand identity across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for crafting a cohesive visual language that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand brand goals and target audiences.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design trends and best practices.
  3. Develop and maintain the brand identity system, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
  4. Design various brand assets, such as logos, business cards, marketing materials, social media graphics, and website elements.
  5. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
    Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software.
  6. Effectively present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on branding.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a proven ability to create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs.
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for branding and understanding of how design can impact brand perception.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced (sometimes it gets very, very fast!) environment.
