The Role
We’re looking for a creative catalyst  who is curious, collaborative, and bold. You will work directly with management and end users to manage the company branding and marketing different products and initiatives.

What You’ll Do
End-to-End Creative Production: Lead the full lifecycle of digital assets—from ideation and scripting to filming and post-production—ensuring high-quality designs, Powerpoints, videos and podcasts align with our “Grit” ethos and resonate with the target audience.
Strategic Growth & Engagement: Drive organic audience expansion and maintain a strong engagement rate through viral storytelling and community-focused content.
Trend Innovation & Market Intelligence: Act as a first-mover by synthesizing emerging digital subcultures and viral formats while conducting competitive analysis within the EdTech and BFSI sectors to maintain a strategic edge.
Data-Driven Campaign Management: Monitor platform algorithms and campaign KPIs to deliver detailed ROI reports, using real-time insights to course-correct strategies and optimize content for maximum reach.
Cross-Functional & Agency Liaison: Partner with internal strategy teams and external media agencies to execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, providing the technical briefs and oversight necessary to meet brand standards.
Ecosystem Management & Agile Execution: Oversee the integrity of our digital footprint—including website audits and social media updates—while managing multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines without compromising aesthetic quality.

Who You Are
Graduate with Certified Digital Marketing or MBA Marketing
Fresher with relevant experience / 2+ Years work experience
Strong portfolio that demonstrates your social media skills
Comfortable with canva, adobe (bonus if you’ve used prototyping or animation tools).
Passionate about education, social impact, and tech-enabled change.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
