The Role
We are seeking a versatile and motivated professional who can efficiently manage administrative operations, handle financial accounting, and lead basic social media activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, digitally savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Accounting
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
Coordinate with the CA for filing taxation, TDS, and GST compliance.
Lead financial reporting, planning cycles, audits, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Assess risk, develop financial controls, monitor KPIs, and manage relationships with financial partners and auditors.
Support contract management, expense approvals, funding programs, and contribute to board-level financial discussions.
Administration
Handle daily communication (emails, calls, correspondence).
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendar updates.
Coordinate office operations and assist with HR activities.
Plan and book domestic travel arrangements for staff (flights, trains, taxis, hotels).
Maintain travel expense records and ensure cost-effective bookings.
Who You Are
CA Inter, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
2–4 years of relevant work experience in an admin/accounting role.
Proficiency in Zoho/Tally/QuickBooks, MS Office, and spreadsheet management, powerpoint.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask between admin, accounts, and HR coordination.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Optional but awesome: interest in social media, familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for professional use.
