Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers through various channels – Responding to customer emails and phone calls.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Provide information on our products.
  • Assist customers with order placement, cancellation & refund, package tracking status etc.
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, feedbacks, and complaints.
  • Co-ordinating with the various departments to resolve customer queries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support.
  • Maintaining quality customer service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Qualification:

Graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in Customer Service would be an added advantage
  • Freshers may apply
