Senior Flutter Developer

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our primary client and internal tools using Flutter/Dart , ensuring a high-quality, seamless experience across Web, Android, and iOS . This unique opportunity involves translating complex financial data and Agentic AI insights (via our Python APIs) into intuitive, secure, and beautiful user interfaces.

This position is ideal for an ambitious individual eager to apply mobile and web development principles, passionate about UI/UX, and excited to contribute to a secure financial application.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and iterate on user-facing features using Flutter and Dart , ensuring a unified experience across mobile (iOS/Android) and web.
• Work closely with the design team to translate wireframes and visual designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UIs.
• Consume and integrate with our FastAPI backend (REST APIs) to display real-time client portfolio data and AI-generated insights.
• Apply modern state management patterns (e.g., Provider, Riverpod) to ensure the application is scalable and maintainable.
• Focus on optimizing application performance, smooth animations, and fast loading times across all hybrid platforms.
• Participate actively in code reviews and utilize Git for collaborative version control.
• Assist with cross-platform testing and debugging to ensure reliability across different screen sizes and operating systems.
• Uphold high standards for UI/UX and accessibility (A11Y) in a financial services context.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Basic understanding of Dart programming and the Flutter framework .
• Familiarity with core mobile development concepts (widgets, lifecycle, asynchronous programming).
• A strong portfolio (even personal projects) showcasing attention to detail in UI implementation.
• Working knowledge of Git for source control.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, startup environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with a state management solution (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc, Provider).
• Exposure to building and deploying Flutter applications for the Web platform .
• Understanding of how to handle user authentication (e.g., token management, OAuth flows ) and secure data flow in Flutter.
• Interest in financial data visualization and data-dense UI design.
