Overview
We’re looking for a person to support our integration process for clients who use our APIs and SDKs. This person will act as the bridge between our sales, technical, and client success teams — helping clients obtain the necessary credentials, guiding them through integration, and providing ongoing support after deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to collect integration requirements from clients.
- Generate and share client credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, mobile SDK keys, etc.) based on inputs received.
- Maintain a structured record of all generated credentials and integration details.
- Assist clients in understanding and using our APIs and SDKs effectively.
- Provide technical guidance during integration, including how to test and validate APIs.
- Support clients with basic troubleshooting during and after integration.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients when issues arise post-production, coordinating internally to resolve them efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to automate credential generation and improve integration workflows.
- Once automation is live, guide customers directly through the self-service integration process on the website.(Optional)
- Run and test APIs to help debug client issues.(Optional)
- Understand mobile SDK setup (React Native / Android / iOS) to assist clients with app integrations.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms (Client ID, Client Secret, tokens, etc.).
- Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Basic knowledge of mobile SDK integration.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work across sales, technical, and client teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach.
- 3 to 6 years of experience.
Nice to Have:
Experience in technical support, integration support, or pre-sales engineering.
Ability to document or demonstrate API and SDK usage to clients.
