Location: Goa
Experience: 5–8 years in access control hardware/software/firmware project management
Salary: ?8–12 LPA
Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of technology license projects, managing access control installations, coordinating with deployment teams, and ensuring smooth solution delivery. The role requires frequent travel across India for customer interactions and project supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead complete project planning, timelines, budgeting, and coordination.
2. Work with clients to refine requirements and manage milestone deliveries.
3. Oversee access control deployments, testing, and site handovers.
4. Coordinate with deployment engineers, product teams, and vendors.
5. Visit customer sites to understand hardware and software needs.
6. Document project progress, site issues, and customer feedback.
7. Manage escalations and ensure seamless implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IoT, software, or access control-related project management.
- Understanding of embedded systems and software functioning.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Preferred Skills
1. Experience with cloud-based systems.
2. Basic knowledge of hardware and wireless communication.
3. Vendor or partner management experience.
