? Role: Pre-Sales Engineer
We’re looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge engineering and sales. You will understand customer needs, map them to Spintly’s hardware/software capabilities, and deliver tailored solutions that build customer trust and drive deal closures.
? Key Responsibilities
1. Work with the sales team to qualify opportunities and build customer-specific solutions.
2. Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
3. Prepare solution architectures, RFP responses, and proposals.
4. Collaborate with product & engineering teams to stay updated on features and integrations.
5. Offer technical support throughout the sales cycle and ensure smooth handoff post-closure.
6. Conduct competitor benchmarking and highlight Spintly’s differentiation.
7. Train channel partners & system integrators on product positioning and demos.
8. Share customer/market insights to influence product roadmap.
? What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Background in Access Control, IoT, or Enterprise Software preferred.
- Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electronics, CS, IT, etc.).
- Strong understanding of hardware–software integration & enterprise security workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation & documentation abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with IT, facility/security heads & business decision-makers.
