Inside Sales Representative for North America

Position Overview:

This inside sales representative position is for an energetic, aggressive, highly organized, self-starter who can manage heavy inbound/outbound phone and email contact with prospective clients throughout the Region. This position requires excellent communication skills via phone and email.

You should be an execution-focused team player who displays maturity, commands trust, and inspires confidence, with excellent people and technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment where multi-tasking is the norm.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

  • You will be the first point of contact from Spintly.
  • You will qualify leads as potential Spintly customers by understanding their needs and how Spintly can meet those needs.
  • You will maintain accurate and frequent customer information within the Sales CRM – HubSpot.
  • Thorough follow up is required until the lead can be passed to Sales.
  • You will achieve and exceed all key performance metrics.
  • You will take the opportunity to learn all Spintly solutions and how it can be applied to the many different access opportunities in the North American market.
  • Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company’s Travel Policy.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • An eagerness to exceed expectations.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or sales development role.
  • A strong understanding of the local/regional business environment. (Or display an aptitude to assimilate yourself in the assigned territory’s business environment, even if it is from afar.)
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Excellent tactical skills, cold-calling capabilities, and a strong sales acumen.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, establish priorities and demonstrate good judgement. Proactively seeks feedback and input.
  • Smart, analytical (with attention to detail), creative, driven and with a get-it-done attitude.
  • Must be collaborative: easy to work with, an ability to influence and help internal constituents and external parties to see and then realise the value of working with Spintly.
  • Self-management and reporting: Creatively use available tools to keep peers informed of status and updates.
  • Must be available and working during regular business hours in the North American time zones.

Base Location – Bangalore/Goa – India – Reporting to USA office

Work Timings – North American Time Zones

Salary – 5LPA to 6LPA + Incentives
