Sales Executive

Overview

We at Mrinq technologies are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated “Sales Executive” to join our sales team! As our Sales Executive your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. You will also need to have strong product knowledge(check website: www.spintly.com ) along with an ability to efficiently interact with customers and turn leads and prospects into paid users.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales prospects and leads through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
• Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate demo presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
• Report to management team

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Experience with Access control sales, Biometric systems will be an added value.
• Proven record of successful deals closed
• Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
• Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Excellent leadership skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
