Overview
Responsibilities:
-Managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
-Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions using online scheduling platforms.
-Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies.
-Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR-related documents, such as job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
-Conduct research on industry best practices and assist in developing innovative HR and operational solutions.
-Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency using technology.
-Assist in managing the company accounts email, including responding to inquiries, forwarding messages, and maintaining email correspondence.
-Create professional write-ups, such as business emails, memos, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional tone.
-Support the creation of presentations and other visual materials for internal and external stakeholders, utilizing software tools for design and formatting.
-Assist in the implementation and maintenance of various operational systems, such as project management tools, CRM software, and time-tracking systems.
-Generate reports and analyze data using spreadsheet software to provide insights and support decision-making.
-Stay updated with emerging HR and operational technologies, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.
