Role Overview
As a Product Development Executive, you will work closely with the founding, product, and technology teams to support the planning, development, and enhancement of digital products and platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to product development processes, user journeys, requirement gathering, and cross-functional coordination.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in product development, user experience, and technology-driven business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding and documenting product requirements, user journeys, and feature specifications
- Support product research by analysing user feedback, usage trends, and market insights
- Coordinate with design and development teams to track progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Help manage product backlogs, task prioritisation, and release tracking
- Participate in product discussions, reviews, and improvement planning sessions
- Document product workflows, learnings, and suggestions for continuous improveme
