Position Overview
We are looking for an HR & Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day HR activities, payroll, taxation support, basic accounts maintenance, and operational coordination. The role requires strong interpersonal communication (both in-person and virtual), structured documentation, and the ability to work with modern business tools.
You will manage HR onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll processing, accounting entries, invoice records, GST/TDS coordination, vendor payments, and internal follow-ups. The position also involves preparing reports, financial summaries, internal documents, and ensuring accurate compliance and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR onboarding, employee records, attendance, and payroll
- Coordinate accounting activities including invoices, expenses, taxation details, and filing coordination
- Maintain contracts, financial summaries, master data, and internal documentation
- Assist with payroll data, GST/TDS information, and statutory documentation
- Prepare internal documents, reports, letters, and operational summaries
- Manage communication, meetings, and follow-ups with teams and stakeholders
- Support administrative activities and cross-department coordination
- Use modern HR, accounting, and collaboration tools effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of HR operations, payroll, accounting, and taxation
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (in-person and virtual)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and relevant tools
- Excellent organizational habits and documentation skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
