Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
Create compelling and shareable content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Monitor social media trends, stay updated on industry best practices, and implement innovative ideas to drive audience growth and engagement.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful relationships with the online community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging platforms, and digital marketing trends.
Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management efforts.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for content creation, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing tools.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
