Job Description:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. Freshers with basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and laptop support (Windows OS)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
Handle printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues
Assist users with IT-related queries and problems
Maintain system documentation and logs
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and networking
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent qualification
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and work in a team
Immediate availability to join
