Overview
We are Urgently Hiring for Customer Support – (Graduate fresher and experienced can apply)
- Provide prompt and professional customer support to clients located in the United States via phone, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed effectively
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge, as well as company policies and procedures, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Communication: Excellent English speaking & writing skills
Shift timings: US Shift. Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 06:00 PM to 09:00 AM (9 hrs predefined shift)
Working days: 6 days a week and Sunday/Monday fixed off.
