Job Description:
Overall supervision of Accounting, auditing and tax compliance
Periodical Management Reports, Working Capital Management, Budgeting, Data Analysis
Price negotiations, Review of client and vendor contracts
To get License and Permission from local authorities
Coordination with external lawyers, CAs, CS and consultants for legal matters, Registration of Trademark, Valuation reports, company law compliance etc
Overall supervision and management of company owned property
