Prototyze is a venture studio based in Panjim, Goa that has launched multiple companies across two decades. They include ScreenRoot which focusses on human-screen interaction design; Synapse specializing in business communication, Deck Sherpa which is a PowerPoint Design Agency, Report Yak which focusses on corporate reports, Visual JuJu that’s focused on multimedia and a few upcoming ventures.
We are hiring for the role described below:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s calendar, schedule, and email correspondence
- Conduct internet research and prepare reports
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics
- Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
