Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us manage our key product development and marketing initiatives. Your primary responsible will be to make sure our software product, print product plans, and site merchandizing plans are executed. You’ll work in an agile development environment and collaborate with our development team, designers, marketers, and production team. You’ll be focusing on estimating release dates, planning and filling capacity, identifying bottlenecks, building a gantt chart, monitoring work completion, and problem solving.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of our product and marketing key initiatives release schedule
- Work with teams to break up tasks, identify key work, dependencies
- Work with HR to manage capacity requirements
- Identify bottlenecks, unknowns, and the critical path
- Proactively work to see key work on the critical path is completed
- Setup and monitor daily progress via burndowns
- Solve bottlenecks or escalate them
- Review customer feedback and help prioritize our backlogs
Qualifications:
- Project management, Agile Project Management, or Scrum certification a plus
- Experience with app development a big plus
- Experience digital marketing and e-commerce a big plus
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Great collaboration skills
- An ability to get things done
- Self-driven with a love for photography
