This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panaji, Goa for a Sales Operations Coordinator. If you are not comfortable with the salary mentioned or with commuting to Panjim, kindly do not apply. The salary is non-negotiable at this stage of hiring.

The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for tasks such as coordinating sales initiatives, and operational processes in tandem with tour facilitators and vendors/ partners, tracking sales data, generating reports, and addressing customer inquiries and issues.

 

Qualifications:

– Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.

– Proficiency in English language is a must. Fluency in Konkani language is a huge plus though not mandatory.

– Excellent Customer Service skills.

– Experience in Sales and Sales Operations.

– Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

–  Strong organisational and analytical skills

– Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality or related field is preferred.

– Should own or be able to self-arrange a 2-wheeler/ 4-wheeler with a valid driver’s license for local commute.

 

Salary : Rs. 20,000/- plus a fixed % of converted sales per month. Flexible weekly off.
