Overview
Ecommerce Manager
Photojaanic is looking for an eCommerce manager who is data driven, hands-on on market places. Your key responsibility will be to manage Photojaanic stores and grow the store and product category sales by increasing traffic, conversion, adding products and marketing. You will work closely with our Marketing and Product teams and manage a team of ecommerce assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand Photojaanic’s target customers
- Grow store sales & Grow category sales
- Manage a team of ecommerce executives and customer service
- Collaborate with our SEO and Campaigns teams
- Optimize landing pages, product pages
- Continuously improve and benchmark the shopping experience
- Optimize the promotions, banners, creatives offers
- Talk with customers to better understand their needs and painpoints
- Clearly communicate Photojaanic store and product benefits to customers
- Identify product gaps, improvements and new product ideas
- Do competitive research
- Collaborate with Product development to make them
- Monitor the customer experience, chats, interactions and feedback to find insights
- Work closely with the customer loyalty team to understand customer feedback and queries to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial experience demonstrated as account management/ brand/ trade marketing in e-commerce channels
- e-Commerce retail experience — Strong experience in working with marketplaces like Amazon , SEO-_, inbound marketing
- Inbound marketing — SERP
- Conversion optimization — landing pages
- Data driven decision making
- Leadership ability and detail oriented
- Good English communication & writing skills.
