We are a “full-stack” business. We produce our own products, market them, and manufacture them ourselves. This lets us maintain higher quality standards, faster product agility, and lower costs. Our company is headquartered in Goa and Singapore but we have many team members working remotely

Freelance HR Recruiter
We are looking for a Freelance HR Recruiter to help recruit and develop teams across all functional areas, especially in marketing, software engineering and testing.
You will be responsible for managing our end-to-end recruiting process from writing job descriptions and requirements, to posting them, to screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Engineering degree or equivalent IT /Computer Science degree.
Strong understanding of software development roles and agile methodologies
1-2 years of prior experience in HR and recruiting software developers and digital marketing positions
A clear understanding of software developer and digital marketing job roles
Experience working in e-commerce or a software development company
Location: Remote or Goa
