Responsibilities
· Design and build applications for the Android platform
· Design and build websites layout/user interfaces
· Work with AWS services
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
· Work with outside data sources and APIs.
· Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability
· Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
· Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
· Create and maintain software documentation
Requirements
· BE/MCA in computers or a related subject with at least 1-year experience working with Mobile Apps
· Good experience in developing Android Apps and Websites.
· Proven software development experience in Web development and Android App development
· Experience interacting with JSON data over RESTful APIs
· Experience working with Android SDK, third party libraries and APIs
· Working knowledge of general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies
· Highly experienced with following programming languages : Python, Java, Javascript
· Experience working with at least one front-end JS framework: Vue, Angular, React
· Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, AWS services, Object Oriented Programming
· Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
· Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
· Solid understanding of full software development life cycle.
Additional Experiences
· Experience working with AWS Services
· Worked with at least one popular relational database system (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite)
· Worked with GIT for version control & team collaboration
· Experience with one back-end language like PHP, Node Js
· Experience with testing frameworks (JUNIT for Java and Jasmin/jest for JS)
