Mrinq Technologies, a rising tech startup, is a team of technical geeks whose are continuously finding ways to turn dreams into reality. We aspire to be one of the global names in the IoT space.
We design and manufacture products that enable home and industrial automation making life easier, simpler. We are on the crux of a rapid growth phase and we need a sales executive to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will be an energetic and entrepreneurial sales and marketing leader who has enough technical knowledge to understand our product and market it with passion to the right customers.
You will have to organize product demonstrations in the field to prospective clients. You will have to successfully take ownership and accountability for growing and maintaining our network of nationwide dealers. In due time, you will also be responsible for developing and training our sales and marketing team. In this role you will also have to conduct market research activities for the firm’s product and markets.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Identify new dealers and assist in growing our dealership network.
- Organize product demonstration in the field.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
- Manage pipeline achievement to meet quarterly goals
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Grow, develop and manage a sales and marketing team for the firm.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing or demand generation, preferably in a startup environment.
- Technology/engineering background
- Atleast 50% travel will be required.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong team player who incorporates input from others and is naturally collaborative
- Ability to speak up when important information or questions must be raised and takes action when issues must be addressed
- Strong thinker and creative thinker who is intellectually curious
- Sound decision-making capabilities
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities
- Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing and maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to develop strong relationships with executive-level customers and prospects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences
- Sound business and commercial acumen
