Job Overview:

The Operations Manager will be in charge of liaising with customers and local storytellers to ensure smooth operations of tours. An operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties

Attending to customer calls and enquiries
Recommending tours and upselling tours
Assisting customers with the booking process
Requesting customer reviews and feedback
Maintaining customer relationships and increasing customer loyalty and referrals
Engaging with local hosts, musicians, and experience centers.
Tour coordination and ensuring smooth operations
Preparing Management reports
Qualification:

Graduate / Postgraduate majoring in Business Management/ Event Management/Hospitality/ Tourism Management

1-2 Years Experience

Location: Goa

 

Key Skills:

Customer Relationship experience.
Highly Punctual
Excellent communication skills
Use critical-thinking skills to reach objective conclusions
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Team Management experience
Confident and outspoken
Driven to achieve excellence
Has own transport to travel across Goa
