Overview

Responsibilities:

Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Obtain all payroll data from managers and employees including but not limited to hours, salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employee deductions
Maintain current knowledge of all HR related laws and guidelines.
Help with new-hire procedures, ensure all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons.
Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; help prepare and maintain the employee handbook.
Update HR database and monitor employee lifecycle and prepare reports for all metrics and assist in project implementation.
Grow personal and team member expertise through training, exploring and prospecting.
Contribute to other team members and groups for further advancements in other projects.
Contribute to the training of junior associates.
Contribute to projects from Kilowott and its sister concerns.

 

Requirements:
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
BBA/MBA in HR
Proven work experience as an HR Executive
Solid communication skills & Outspoken
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Honest, ethical, and dependable
Positive, go-getter attitude
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Computer literate with hands-on experience in google apps (drive, sheets, doc, slides, calendar, Gmail)
