Overview

Job Description:
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc).
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
Prepare online newsletters, posters, promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
Create basic graphics as well content
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trendsSkill Sets Needed:Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
Experience in planning and leading community initiatives
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Excellent verbal communication skills (English and Konkani)
Excellent writing skills (English is mandatory, Konkani/Hindi would be an advantage)
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
Hands-on experience with social media management
Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
Self-starter who can take initiative
Big focus on continuous self-improvement and education
Desire to grow with the company
Knowledge of basic design
Able to write captions in English
Open to working on Sundays (Weekly off on another day)
Must be able to manage own self
Passion for online marketing and marketing in general
