Overview
Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments for our sales team.
· Handle inbound calls from clients and provide them with information about our services and products.
· Keep detailed records of calls, including the nature of the call, the outcome, and any follow-up actions required.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for generating leads and closing deals.
· Provide excellent customer service to all clients, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Functionalities:
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
· Use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool to track leads and manage client interactions.
· Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and to build long-term relationships.
· Provide regular reports to management on call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
· Attend team meetings to share insights and collaborate on strategies for improving sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT services industry. Freshers with excellent communications skills are welcome.
· Excellent communication skills English/Hindi, both written and verbal.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Comfortable working with technology, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
