Overview

Responsibilities:

·        Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other electronic formats.

·        Verify accuracy of data and correct any errors.

·        Communicate with clients via email, phone, or other methods to obtain missing information or clarify data.

·        Collaborate with team members to ensure that all data entry is completed accurately and on time.

Functionalities:

·        Perform data entry tasks using a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, web-based tools and software.

·        Use online resources to research and gather information needed for data entry tasks.

·        Organize and maintain accurate records of data entry activities.

·        Collaborate with other team members to identify process improvements and best practices.

·        Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact data entry tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

·        High school, diploma or equivalent.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

·        Comfortable using web-based tools and software.

·        Experience with customer service is a plus.
