Procurement Executive
CTC: 20k-25k per month
Experience: 2+ years as a purchase executive or procurement officer
Location: Pilerne Industrial Estate.
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors), Understanding of supply chain procedures, Negotiation skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in procurement, Supply chain
procedures, with strong negotiation skills & vendor sourcing
techniques.
• Developing & implementing strategies for procuring, storing, and
distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery
information, and invoices
• Negotiation for competitive pricing and deals.
• Shortlisting ideal vendors based on rates, supply capability, service
quality.
• Coordinating with logistics channel partners for shipping.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships.
