Job Title: General Manager – Rental Management
Location: Moira, Goa
Compensation: Upto 7.2 LPA + Performance Incentives
Requirements:
– 8–12 years in hospitality, real estate rentals, or villa management.
– Strong leadership, communication, and tech skills.
– Customer-centric, operationally sharp, and sales-driven.
Role Overview:
– Lead sales, guest management, operations, and owner relations to drive villa occupancy, revenue, and service excellence across all the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Enquiries:
– Drive villa bookings and rental revenues across direct, OTA, and B2B channels.
– Manage all rental leads, client communication, and bookings.
Build partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners.
Operations & Guest Experience:
– Oversee daily villa operations: housekeeping, maintenance, guest services.
– Implement SOPs ensuring premium villa standards and seamless guest experiences.
– Handle escalations and ensure 5-star guest satisfaction.
Owner & Financial Management:
– Act as the single point of contact for villa owners.
– Provide monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
– Oversee billing, collections, and vendor management.
Team & Systems:
– Build and manage the on-ground operations team.
– Implement CRM and PMS tools for efficient rental and guest management.
