– Cleaning & Organizing of various parts of a villa like Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Living Room, & Closet Organization
– Creating a Routine & Timetables
– Cleaning the Kitchen & Appliances
– Clean Laundry & Special Material Care
– Furniture Care & Stain Removal
Essentials of Food and Beverage service
– F&B service standards
– Knowledge of cutlery crockery glassware
– Table set up for meals
– Cleanliness and hygiene
– Preparing Breakfast (F & B)
– Butler training
– Soft skills and behavioural training
– Understanding of training need analysis
– Thorough knowledge of preparing and implementing Standard Operating Processes (SOP)
– Basic computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and power point to be able to maintain and present data
– To be able to do theory and practical trainings both
