Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong aesthetic sense to design impactful visual content for LinkedIn and other digital channels. The role will involve creating social media posts, brochures, digital newsletters, and other brand assets that align with professional and personal branding requirements.
This is a great opportunity for a designer who wants to apply their skills to real-world business communication and grow with a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design LinkedIn posts (carousels, infographics, single-image templates).
Create digital brochures, newsletters, and reports with professional polish.
Translate content briefs into visually engaging and brand-consistent designs.
Develop and maintain design templates for efficiency and consistency.
Ensure a strong aesthetic standard in layout, typography, and color usage.
Collaborate with the team for feedback, iteration, and delivery on deadlines.
Stay updated on current design trends relevant to digital communication.
What We’re Looking For
Essential – Proficiency in Canva
Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in at least one professional design tool (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign).
Strong eye for design, color, typography, and composition.
Portfolio that demonstrates ability to create clean, professional digital content (especially for LinkedIn or other social platforms).
Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
Attention to detail, reliability, and openness to feedback.
