Overview

What you will do:-

1. Plan and forecast resource requirements across a range of roles.
2. Handle the talent acquisition and recruitment processes – which will include sourcing, screening applications, running background checks, conducting preliminary tests and interviews and hiring suitable candidates.
3. Responsible for Employee lifecycle which includes onboarding, relationship management, timely performance reviews, compensation, exit formalities etc.
4. Provide operational services including administrative functions, organisation, record management, policies and payroll.
5. Work as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
6. Ensuring compliance and Company standards are met on an ongoing basis.
7. Organize team engagement activities, participate in planning and development.

What we are looking for:-

1. 1+ Years of experience in HR functions and recruitment.
2. Strong communication and people skills.
3. Good understanding of the Employee lifecycle and HR policies.
4. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
5. Problem solving skills.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Expected Start Date: Within a week or two
