Overview

We are hiring a Full-time Customer Support (Phone support only).

Key responsibilities areas:
– Ensure clients are serviced correctly and professionally
– Handling inbound calls, Whatsapp and emails in a professional manner.
– Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives quickly and proactively.
– Escalating customer feedback as required.
– Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate processing.

Skills & Abilities required:
– Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role.
– You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent at excel / Google spreadsheet
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Coordinate with teams to make sure that we provide accurate information to the customer

Working days : 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during week
Experience : 1-6 years
Mandatory Language Fluency : English, Hindi
Day Shift (non changing): 9 am – 7 pm
Night Shift (non changing): 7pm – 7am
Salary: INR 12000.00 – INR 18000.00 per month
