We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Front Desk Executive to join our team in Goa. We are hiring for our adventure activities destination near Anjuna Goa.

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, assist them in selecting from our range of go-karting packages, and provide information on various aspects of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the go-karting track.
– Provide detailed information about the different go-karting packages, pricing, and track rules to customers.
– Assist customers in choosing the best package to suit their needs and preferences.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
– Manage customer reservations and bookings using the booking system.
– Collect payment for go-karting sessions and merchandise sales, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
– Monitor customer flow and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
– Provide safety instructions to customers before they begin their go-karting experience.
– Assist in coordinating group events and parties, including booking and scheduling arrangements.
– Work with the management team to improve customer service and overall operations.
– Uphold and enforce safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all customers.
– Be knowledgeable about the facility, track layout, and any additional services offered.
– Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management as required.
