Overview

Job Description:

  • Smart and Energetic Administrative Assistant with good communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Intensely detail-oriented.
  • Should have knowledge in preparation of TDS certificates & E-filling, Filing of GST returns and hands on experience with Google docs and Tally.
  • Oversee the Accounting, HR (Payroll and Recruitment) and Financial function of the organisation.
  • Responsible for handling general admin related work for the organisation.
  • Responsible for managing the social media presence on the company.

Preferences:

  • Graduate candidate preferably with commerce background.
  • Candidates from in and around Panjim with their own vehicle with valid two wheeler driving licence preferred.
  • Knowledge of Konkani
