Job Summary
The core responsibility for this role will be planning, implementation, management, and monitoring of our company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness. This role involves creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on the latest social media trends.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and schedule creative, engaging, and high-quality content across multiple social media platforms.
2. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
3. Identify new opportunities to expand the brand’s online presence.
4. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year in managing social media platforms for a brand/ organisation
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
1. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
2. Basic experience with video editing tools.
