Social Media / Community Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media / Community Manager to join FleetRover in Goa.

IoT for Logistics. FleetRover is very fast growing Canadian startup with Goan roots that is making the logistics industry more efficient through cutting edge IoT hardware and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with with our Canadian and Indian product teams to get under the skin of the product
• Proactively tune in to conversations of social media related to our company and industry
• Plan and execute content and social media strategies that relate the product and community
• Produce quality content that is clear, reliable and useful
• Select or create frameworks, processes and tools for content creation and propagation
• Engage with audiences on social media, multiple times a day
• Coordinate and promote offline events and meetups relevant to our user community
• Implement automated metrics and report to the marketing manager on progress, weekly
• Stay atop industry trends and new technology

MUST HAVE:

• Excellent writing skills. Seriously, the first thing we will look at is your writing.
• Attention to detail.
• 1-3 years of experience as a social media / community manager
• Active profiles on social media, especially Instagram and Twitter
• Experience managing communities and community activities, online and offline

NEED NOT HAVE:

• Ego
• Princess/Prince problems
