Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented senior web application developer with Python / NodeJS / RoR experience to join FleetRover in Goa.
Your mission is to make the massive logistics industry efficient, safer and faster; one module at a time.

IoT for Logistics. FleetRover is very fast growing Canadian startup with Goan roots that is making the logistics industry more efficient through cutting edge IoT hardware and software.
- About half a year old
- Major clients in Canada and India
- Already generating decent revenue
- Canadian and US investors
- Exclusive IoT partnerships with blue-chip companies
- Friendly and really fast team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse feature requirements
- Produce quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure for mission critical real-time web applications
- Work with multiple teams and lead multiple modules
- Determine optimum frameworks, architectures and tools
- Stay atop industry trends and new technology
- Deploy code multiple times a day
MUST HAVE:
- 5-7 years of experience as a web developer
- Experience with at least two of the following: JS, NodeJS, Python, RoR, Pearl
- Experience writing raw socket communication & multi-threaded memory efficient code
- Experience working in all layers of the technology stack:
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Python, NodeJS, RoR
- Cloud / server provisioning
NEED NOT HAVE:
- Ego
- Princess/Prince problems
