We are looking for a smart and energetic Administrative Assistant to join FleetRover. You will work in an insanely fast-paced environment which demands the ability to execute independently & alongside a remote team in 3 time-zones.

You must be more than just friends with multitasking and note-taking and comfortable with Google Docs and project management tools.

Your mission is to make the massive logistics industry safer, faster & efficient, by enabling our team to be more efficient, one little task at a time.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Anything else

ABOUT YOU

  • Have a Bachelors in Commerce or comparable degree with a focus on administration
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to communicate in Hindi and Konkani is a major advantage
  • Strong documentation & presentation skills
  • Intensely detail-oriented
  • Smell of team spirit
